These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seorocket.site and any search engine optimization (SEO) or digital marketing services provided by SEORocket, a professional service provider registered and based in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India. By accessing our website, requesting our services, or engaging with SEORocket in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Service Description

SEORocket provides professional search engine optimization services including, but not limited to:

Keyword research and competitive analysis
On-page optimization and technical SEO audits
Content creation and optimization
Link building and domain authority development
Local SEO optimization
Website performance optimization and Core Web Vitals improvement
Monthly performance reporting and analytics

All services are delivered by our team of qualified SEO professionals. The specific services to be provided will be outlined in a detailed service agreement signed by both parties before work commences.

2. Service Engagement and Agreement

Services commence only upon receipt of a signed service agreement and initial payment as specified in the agreement. A detailed scope of work, target keywords, deliverables, timeline, and pricing will be outlined in your service agreement before any work begins. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business, website, and goals during the consultation and agreement process.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful SEO campaigns, clients agree to:

Provide timely access to website backend (CMS, FTP, or hosting control panel)
Grant access to Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Provide access to any other relevant tools or accounts needed for SEO work
Respond to requests for information or clarification within a reasonable timeframe
Implement recommended changes and optimizations on their website
Maintain website security and keep software/plugins updated
Ensure the website complies with applicable laws and regulations

Delays in providing access or implementing recommendations may affect campaign timelines and results. SEORocket is not responsible for delays caused by client inaction.

4. SEO Results Disclaimer - IMPORTANT

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: Search engine rankings are determined by Google's algorithms and are influenced by hundreds of factors beyond SEORocket's control, including but not limited to: Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, website authority, market conditions, search volume, and user intent. SEORocket does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific ranking positions, traffic increases, or revenue results. We commit to implementing professional, ethical SEO strategies based on industry best practices, but results vary significantly by industry, competition level, starting point, and market conditions.

While we employ proven SEO strategies and follow Google's guidelines, we cannot control search engine algorithms or guarantee that your website will rank for specific keywords. Some websites may see significant improvements within months, while others may take longer depending on various factors. We do not make guarantees about:

Achieving specific ranking positions (e.g., "Page 1" or "Position 1")
Traffic increases or revenue generation
Timeframes for achieving results
Maintenance of rankings once achieved

Our commitment is to deliver best-practice SEO that drives measurable improvement in your search visibility and organic traffic based on realistic expectations and industry standards.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement and may include:

Monthly Retainers: Payable in advance at the beginning of each month. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
Project-Based Services: Typically require a 50% advance payment before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and delivery.
Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods will be specified in your agreement.

All payments are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your agreement.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about refund eligibility and procedures. In general:

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the service month has commenced and work has begun
Project-based advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Refunds may be issued only in specific circumstances outlined in our Refund Policy

To request a refund, contact support@seorocket.site with your service agreement details and reason for the request.

7. Intellectual Property

All SEO content, reports, strategies, and deliverables created by SEORocket specifically for your campaign become your property upon full payment. This includes blog posts, optimized web pages, technical recommendations, and monthly reports. Our proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge remain the intellectual property of SEORocket and may not be reproduced or shared without permission.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice provided to the other party. Upon termination:

All completed work and deliverables will be provided to the client
Access to client accounts and systems will be revoked
Ongoing services will cease at the end of the notice period
Final invoicing will be completed based on work performed

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEORocket's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. SEORocket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or revenue.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEORocket from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes client business strategies, financial information, and proprietary SEO strategies. Confidentiality obligations survive termination of the service agreement.

12. Compliance with Laws

You agree that your website and all content comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Google's policies. SEORocket reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if we believe the website or content violates applicable laws, promotes illegal activities, or violates Google's advertising or webmaster policies.

13. Modifications to Terms

SEORocket reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India. Both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. If legal action becomes necessary, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh.
